قبل استشهاده.. القمص تكلا الصموئيلى: الدير تعرض للسرقة قبل ذلك (فيديو)
قال الراهب القمص تكلا الصموئيلي ، وكيل إيبارشية جنوب إفريقيا للأقباط، والذي استشهد في اعتداء عدد من المسلحين على دير القديس مار مرقس الرسول والقديس الأنبا صموئيل المعترف بچوهانسبرج بجنوب إفريقيا، في تصريح سابق لقناة مار مرقس الناطق الرسمي لكاتدرائية الأقباط الأرثوذكس الكبرى بالعباسية، إن الدير شهد سرقة أحد مقتنياته البسيطة الخاصة بالسباكة مسبقا.
أضاف الراهب، أنه بعد القبض على السارق وتبين أن اسمه “إلياس”، تدخل شخصيا واحتضنه، وقال له “لا تخف أنا أبوك وسوف أفعل ما ترغب به، وقام بإطعامه وحمايته لئلا يتعرض للضرب من قبل عمال الدير”.

أوضح أنه على الرغم من أن ذلك العامل سُجن لمدة عام، إلا أنه حينما خرج زار الدير وشكره على معاملته الحسنة، وتعهد بالتوبة وعدم السرقة مجدًدا.
وكانت قد كشفت الكنيسة الأرثوذكسية عن تفاصيل تعرض 3 رهبان بجنوب إفريقيا للاعتداء.
وقالت الكنيسة، في بيان لها: تعرض اليوم ثلاثة من الرهبان لاعتداء إجرامي بديرنا القبطي، دير القديس مار مرقس الرسول والقديس الأنبا صموئيل المعترف بچوهانسبرج بجنوب إفريقيا.
وأسفر الحادث عن استشهاد الرهبان الثلاثة، وهم:
- الراهب القمص تكلا الصموئيلي وكيل إيبارشية جنوب إفريقيا.
- الراهب يسطس آڤا ماركوس.
- الراهب مينا آڤا ماركوس.
وانتقلت الأجهزة المعنية إلى الدير وبدأت عملها في كشف ملابسات الحادث، كما توجه إلى الدير السفير المصري في چوهانسبرج لمتابعة الموقف.
ويتابع البابا تواضروس الثاني، لحظة بلحظة كل التفاصيل الخاصة بهذا الحادث، انتظارًا لمعرفة أسبابه.
والكنيسة إذ تعرب عن الألم الشديد لوقوع مثل هذا الحادث المفجع، تتقدم بخالص التعزية لأسر الرهبان الثلاثة، وهي مملوءة بالثقة أن الله الرحوم العادل هو وحده القادر على منح العزاء وكشف الحقائق".
